What is covered in a standard clean?
With a standard clean, we vacuum and mop all floors, stairs, carpets, and couches. We dust your furniture, blinds, fans, and light fixtures, wipe down high-touch areas like switches and doorknobs, clean and sanitize all bathroom and kitchen surfaces, and take out the trash as we finish up.

What is covered in a deep clean?
Along with basic cleaning, we give extra attention to areas like the kitchen and bathroom, especially in tough spots like shower areas, behind appliances and around sinks. We also wipe down baseboards, door frames, ceiling fans, and blinds—which we typically only dust. After that, we can set you up with regular cleanings at a lower rate.

My home is relatively clean, do I HAVE to get a deep cleaning?
For first-time cleanings, we usually suggest a deep clean to get everything in top shape. But if your home’s already pretty clean, you can go with the standard clean instead! If your home does need more attention than we expected, we’ll either stick to the scope of the standard clean or check in with you about upgrading to a deep clean so we can get everything looking great.

Cost of monthly/weekly/bi-weekly cleaning?
Our “standard” cleaning price is our ballpark price for a bi-weekly cleaning. If you’d like it done on a weekly basis you're looking at about 10% off that price (and 10% on top of that price for a monthly clean). This is just an estimate though, we can only give a definite pricing on recurring cleans after we’ve done the initial cleaning.

Do you bring your own supplies? What do you use?
Yes we bring all our own professional cleaning supplies. If you do have specific products you prefer us to use, we're happy to use your personal supplies instead. Just let us know what you’d prefer! We use high-quality, standard cleaning products that are effective and safe for most homes. But we also offer eco-friendly cleaning products for an additional $15 per clean, which are gentler for pets and kids.

Are you cleaners background checked and insured? Will the same cleaner(s) be back every time?
Yes! All our cleaners are background checked, fully insured and trained to our standards. We also carry a million dollars in liability insurance so you are fully protected! For recurring cleanings we do our best to send the same cleaners back each time. It helps them get familiar with your home and make everything more consistent. That said, if someone is out sick or on vacation we’ll let you know and send another trusted team member(s).

Do you guys offer a guarantee?
For your first clean, we do ask that you be home as we’re wrapping up so you can do a quick walkthrough with us. If you notice anything we missed, we’ll take care of it on the spot—no problem. Once you're set up for recurring service, it's very rare for our team to miss anything, but if something ever slips by, just let us know right away. We’ll either send someone back to fix it or offer you a discount—whatever works best for you.

Is there anything I need to do before the cleaners arrive?
You don’t have to do much before we arrive, but a little bit of organizing and decluttering can go a long way. If things like clothes, toys, or personal items are picked up ahead of time, it really helps us clean more efficiently and spend our time focusing on the actual cleaning, rather than tidying.

Based on this information, we’ll provide you with a detailed proposal outlining recommended services, frequency options, and pricing. If needed, we can also include multiple service packages to give you flexibility in choosing what works best for your business.

Do you clean after business hours or on weekends?
Yes, we offer flexible scheduling and are available to clean after business hours, overnight, or on weekends — whatever works best for your operation. We understand that every business runs on a different schedule, and our goal is to provide cleaning services without interrupting your daily workflow.
Once we’ve completed a walkthrough and submitted our proposal, we’ll work closely with you to determine the ideal time for your regularly scheduled cleanings. Whether you need service early in the morning, late at night, or during off-hours, we can accommodate your needs to ensure a smooth, professional, and hassle-free experience.

We take the security of your facility very seriously. All of our cleaning staff are thoroughly vetted, professionally trained, and wear company uniforms for easy identification. We follow any specific security protocols you provide and ensure that no unauthorized individuals are ever allowed inside while we’re on site.
Our team double-checks that all doors and access points are properly secured before leaving the premises. Additionally, our company is fully insured with coverage up to $1 million, giving you peace of mind in the rare event of an incident. Wwe treat every facility with the same level of care and responsibility as if it were our own.
